These terms govern the use of the Stunden Pro app. Pro purchases are handled through the Apple App Store and Google Play — their terms apply in addition.
Subject of the contract
Stunden Pro is a mobile application for local worktime tracking. The app is free to use; a one-time in-app purchase unlocks the export feature (“Stunden Pro”).
Contract conclusion
The Pro purchase contract is concluded with completion of the in-app purchase via the App Store / Google Play. Apple or Google are the contractual parties for payment processing.
Prices and payment
Current prices are displayed in the App Store / Google Play. Payment and invoicing are handled by the respective store.
Right of withdrawal
For digital products the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) BGB once execution begins, provided you have agreed. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Liability
Stunden Pro is developed with reasonable care. The app does not replace any legally binding time tracking required by your employer. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and as mandated by the German Product Liability Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
