These terms govern the free use of the Stunden Pro app.
Subject of the contract
Stunden Pro is a mobile application for local worktime tracking. Every feature, including PDF and Excel export, is free to use.
Using the app
Use begins when you download the app from the App Store or Google Play. No paid contract is concluded for the app.
Cost
The app contains no paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Export any data you need first, as it is stored exclusively on your device.
Liability
Stunden Pro is developed with reasonable care. The app does not replace any legally binding time tracking required by your employer. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and as mandated by the German Product Liability Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
